Thanks for shopping at Bonfire Tribe. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Bonfire Tribe offers refunds for digital products within 21 days of purchase. Please reach out for assistance if you experience technical issues in receiving the full benefit of Bonfire Tribe digital product, such as online programs.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Services and Consultation
Refunds are not available for services rendered by Bonfire Tribe, which meet the original agreement of scope of work. For work not meeting the original agreement, refunds and/or modified payment arrangements will be made. Membership, coaching, consulting, and any other service-based agreement can be terminated by both parties at any time for future work.
If you are unhappy with work rendered, please discuss with Bonfire Tribe to come to a workable solution for both parties.
